OxiMed, Inc understands there are times when products ordered just don’t adequately meet your needs. That is why we are committed to working with our customers to ensure products with warranties perform according to the manufacturer’s specifications. Warranty information, where applicable, can be found enclosed within the product packaging.
In addition, we offer our own 30-day money back guarantee on most products we sell. So you can shop with confidence knowing if your purchase is not appropriate, you can return your item for a refund within 30 days.
Returns
If you have received an item from OxiMed, Inc that you are dissatisfied with, please contact Customer Service at (844) 795-0390, Monday through Friday, 8 am to 4 pm MST to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) Number.
FOR PORTABLE OXYGEN CONCENTRATORS
Once an order has shipped, there will be a $100 restocking fee for deliveries that are refused, or unopened boxes that are returned after delivery.
We know it’s sometimes difficult to choose the best portable concentrator, even after careful consideration. That’s why at OxiMed, Inc, sales of portable oxygen concentrators include a 10-day trial. If you discover that your portable concentrator is not meeting your needs, we will exchange it for another model at no cost to you! A request for an Exchange must be made within 10 days of receipt of your order. All Exchanges must include all original packaging and items in the return must be without defect including scratches.
Even if you simply want a return for refund, we’ll refund your entire order less $100. A request for a Return Authorization for Refund must be made within 7 days of receipt of the order. Only returns with an RA number will be accepted. All returns must be shipped within 3 days from receiving your RA notification and are at the expense of the purchaser. All returns must include all original packaging and items in the return must be without defect including scratches. Returns meeting this criteria will receive a full refund of purchase price less $100. Returns not meeting this criteria, or returns made after 7 days, but within 30 days, will be subject to a 20% restock fee.
FOR ALL OTHER ITEMS
We will accept the return of any item provided it is unused, in resalable condition and returned with a copy of your invoice within 30 days of the date the item(s) are shipped. Returned items must include all original accessories, literature and packaging in the same salable condition in which it was received. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Incorrect items shipped as per OxiMed, Inc’s error, or items with a manufacturing defect will not be charged the 20% restocking fee. All returns must be prepaid; we will not accept C.O.D. or postage due.
Only returns with an authorized RA number will be accepted. All returns must be shipped within 3 days from receiving your RA notification. Once a Return Authorization Number has been obtained, return the product(s) to us.
Cancellations
If you cancel your order after it has already shipped we consider it a return and the above policies apply.
Damaged Items
Once your package arrives please ensure it is not damaged or defective in any way. Notification of returns for damaged products must be made with 72 hours of receiving your items. In this case a full credit will be issued for both the purchase and shipping costs.
Refunds
Refunds are credited once your item reaches our warehouse and we confirm contents and all original packaging materials. Refunds by credit card will be issued to the same card and checks or money orders will be issued in one week.
